Reservations: Reservations online are quick and easy. To check availability, go to our reservation page and submit the necessary information. We will respond within 24 hours regarding your request. All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a reservation deposit via Pay Pal. All major credit cards are accepted. All cabins require a 2 night minimum, and a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends. Cabin 3 requires a 5 night minimum on 4th of July weekend.
Deposit A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1 night’s rent plus cleaning fee is required to confirm your reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive a reservation confirmation for your records.
Payment Terms Full payment is due upon arrival and must be paid by cash or money order made payable to John Davis.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations on reservations must be made 21 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival date are not subject to refund.
Check In / Check Out You may check in to your cabin any time after 2:00pm CST. Please do not ask for an exception. Your cabin will be unlocked and ready for your arrival. Check out is at or before 10:00am CST.
Pets and Smoking Hollow Log Cabins has and strictly enforces “no pets” and “no smoking” policies. Please be respectful of the property as well as future guests and if you choose to smoke on the deck or outside the cabins, we ask that you dispose of your cigarette butts in the trash – and not on the ground.
